Biscuits

2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1.5 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup shortening
3/4 cup skim milk

Mix with a fork until everything is incorporated but don't over mix. Cut out biscuits and bake at 475 for 11 min.
