Ketchup that tastes like Heinz

1 can tomato paste
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 T sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients and reduce to desired consistency. It will thicken even more when cold.
